ColLabz is in closed beta. Right now this site does two things — it describes what we are building, and it takes your name for the whitelist. These terms cover exactly that, and they will grow as the product does.

Who you’re agreeing with
collabz.net is run by Kuvera Digitals, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Using this site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, the thing to do is close the tab — there is nothing else here you can be bound by.
What closed beta means
ColLabz is not open. Nothing described on the home page is available to use yet, and everything about it can change: the features, how they work, what they cost, and whether a given one ships at all. Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it is a contract to supply you with a product.
What you send us
Fill in the whitelist form honestly and about yourself. Do not put in someone else’s personal details, and do not claim work, credentials or roles that are not yours — the answers are how we decide who to invite, so a false one just wastes a place.
You keep everything you send us. Nothing in the form transfers ownership of your work or your name to us. We use your answers to run the whitelist and to decide what to build first, and the privacy page sets out exactly what that means.
We may decline or remove a submission — for example one that is obviously fake, abusive, or automated. If you think we got that wrong, email hello@collabz.net.
Using the site
Please don’t:
- Submit the form automatically, in bulk, or on someone else’s behalf without their say-so.
- Try to get at parts of the site that are not meant for you, or at anyone else’s data.
- Copy the site’s design, code, text or artwork for your own product.
- Do anything that stops the site working for other people.
The ColLabz name, mark and the design of this site belong to Kuvera Digitals. The example page on the home page — the creator, the songs, the prices, the dates — is made up, for illustration.
Availability
This is a pre-launch site. It may be down, it may change without notice, and we may take it offline entirely. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time.
Where we stand on liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer from using it or from relying on anything on it, including not receiving an invitation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.
Changes
These terms will change as ColLabz is built — in particular, real terms of service arrive with the product itself, covering bookings, the shop, payments and the content creators publish. The date at the top is the last time this page changed, and material changes are emailed to everyone on the whitelist.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
